Rhonda T. Carter is the Senior Mitigation Specialist at the CPCC. Rhonda received a Master of Social Work from Jackson State University. While completing her graduate studies, Mrs. Carter served as a social work intern for CPCC. Her passion for working with the clients and their families helped her to become an official member of the CPCC team in May of 2019. Mrs. Carter works closely with the clients and the clients’ system such as family members, friends, neighbors, schoolteachers, and service providers to help tell the clients’ life story.
